Ci’s Week’s Dinner Menu

Here’s something random for me to share with you: each weekend, my husband likes to create our dinner menu for the week, and then go grocery shopping for the week. Sometimes I have a night to try something that might end up on our little food blog, but not always. Not this week. But this week’s menu looked so great, that I felt compelled to share it with you. Also – this is such a great organizational tool for us, and I highly recommend it. It keeps us cooking more at home, keeps us eating a bit more healthful, keeps us seasonal, helps push us to eat as local as possible, and usually provides enough leftovers to get us lunch throughout the week. We are always using different inspirational sources, but definitely get hooked on some things for a while. Right now, we are loving a few recipe apps. Not sure where the recipe for the Fish tacos will come from yet – but will probably be determined when we get our CSA box on Thursday and see what we have to work with – and what is left in the fridge at that point.
